After the incredible success of the WINTER MASHUP we decided to come back soon for the SPRING edition! 

Stretching & ELDOA, Reinforcement, Foot-Fitness, Pilates & global movements like the squat will be part of SPRING MASHUP. 

There will be days where we'll include more disciplines in a class and days where we focus on 1 thing only.

WINTER MASHUP is a mashup of all the disciplines I live by!

FEET-NESS MASHUP is a mix of postural work including strengthening, stretching and ELDOA!

This is the way I train my body and the way I work with my private clients: doesn’t matter what everyone is working on, looking for alignment  is a prerequisite for achieving any goals!

Level: Intermediate 

75*-minute classes (1-hour exercise and 15 minute questions to follow) *if you are able to attend only the exercise part it’s not a problem

Wednesdays at 12pm (12-1:15pm) EST -- From March 22nd for 8 weeks*

All workout classes present a variety of progressions and postures.

Recordings are available for 4 days
