Hi, I’m Ilaria Cavagna – founder of FEET-NESS™: posture from the ground up.

I created this platform to help movement professionals like you connect the dots between foot function and full-body alignment. With a background in movement science, classical Pilates (trained by Romana Kryzanowska), ELDOA™, and Soma-Training, I’ve spent years blending deep anatomical understanding with practical strategies that work in the studio and beyond.

 I teach both in person and online, across the globe and at conferences like PMA and Balanced Body, and I’m proud to share my work on Pilates Anytime as well.
