A mashup of all the disciplines i live by!

FEET-NESS MASHUP is a mix of postural work including strengthening, stretching and ELDOA!

Every class will be a full body workout with posture as the primary goal!

Footwork, pilates, segmental strengthening, squats, GPS, MFS, ELDOA… will be all included in different capacities in each class.

This is the way I train my body and the way I work with my private clients: doesn’t matter what every single human is working on, looking for alignment  is a prerequisite for achieving any goals!

This is the perfect program post-lockdown and pre-summer. Get your POSTURE back!

Level: Intermediate 

75*-minute classes (1-hour exercise and 15 minute questions to follow) *if you are able to attend only the exercise part it’s not a problem

Wednesdays at 12pm (12-1:15pm) EST -- From March 23rd to May 18th

All workout classes present a variety of progressions and postures.

Recordings are available for 3 days
