FEET-NESS MASHUP is a mix of postural work including strengthening, stretching and ELDOA!

Footwork, pilates, segmental strengthening, squats, GPS, MFS, ELDOA… will all be included in different capacities in each class.

This is the way I train my body and the way I work with my private clients: doesn’t matter what everyone is working on, looking for alignment  is a prerequisite for achieving any goals!

75*-minute classes (1-hour exercise and 15 minute questions to follow) *if you are able to attend only the exercise part it’s not a problem

Recordings are available for 4 days
