After mastering the spine with ELDOA Levels 1+2, it's time to extend your expertise to the peripheral joints—targeting the hip, shoulder, ribcage, and sternum.
In ELDOA 3, we focus on the coxo-femoral joint, the 5 joints of the shoulder complex, and the costotransverse & sternocostal joints of the ribs. This course offers an in-depth understanding of how these critical areas impact movement, alignment, and overall well-being.
The goal of ELDOA Level 3 is to develop a deep understanding of anatomy and tensegrity biomechanics for the peripheral joints, allowing you to better serve clients in both rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
You’ll learn how to effectively address common issues like frozen shoulder, instability, dislocations, and impingements, while also helping clients prevent more serious conditions like hip replacements. Additionally, the costo-transverse ELDOA techniques are highly beneficial for athletes in sports such as golf, tennis, and baseball, where shoulder and ribcage mobility is essential for performance.
During the course, we will cover:
* Review of ELDOA Levels 1-2 Exercises and Education Topics
* Detailed anatomy & biomechanics of the hip, shoulder, and ribcage
* Techno-methodology and practice of ELDOA exercises for the hip joints, shoulder joints, and ribcage & sternum
* Factors of Progression
* Monitoring the area through touch to optimize the exercise
Prerequisite: ELDOA Level 2
Exam: There is no exam for this course.
Certificate: Upon completion, you will be certified as an ELDOA Student Practitioner Level 3.
