A note from the founder:

“Movement has always been a big part of my life and it keeps surprising me.
The body is a perfectly imperfect machine that needs to be taken care of and as an instructor, I feel a responsibility to steer my clients and students in the right direction!

You don’t have to repeat my mistakes or start from scratch; you can build on what I've learned. It's not about pure strength, flexibility, or power; it's about finding balance. Whether you're a casual weekend golfer or an Olympic athlete, posture is the secret sauce.

The more educated we are, the more we understand the body, the more we can keep our clients’ injury free!

I believe that knowledge is power and with me everyone is encouraged to question, seek and confidently reach their full potentials!

I incorporate cutting-edge techniques like ELDOA & Myofascial stretches, coupled with a focused approach that not only includes but emphasizes the incredible power of our feet to rejuvenate the body.

I get it – starting out might feel a bit tricky, maybe even a little confusing. But as we dig into the reasons for each exercise and make a habit of always learning, we start to really get what's going on.

Think of it as adopting a detective's approach, skillfully piecing together the puzzle with a well-thought-out strategy.

Ready to join me on this journey? It might have its challenges, but trust me, it's totally worth it!"
