Friday 4pm-7pm:
We kick off with a deep dive into Reformer gear, learning how to set up and utilize it for optimal results. The session will start with a mat warm-up, followed by focused instruction on the Reformer apparatus.

Saturday 10am-5pm:
The day begins with a dynamic mat warm-up, setting the stage for an in-depth exploration of the Curriculum Reformer technique. Kathi will guide you through hours of hands-on work, helping you refine your skills and deepen your understanding of the method. The day will conclude with a movement session to integrate what you've learned.

Sunday 9am-3pm:
The focus shifts to the Red Thread Swan, where Kathi will demonstrate her method by teaching three different individuals. You'll then have the opportunity to practice in small groups, applying these techniques under her guidance. The day starts again with a mat warm-up and leads into a session devoted to mastering the Red Thread Swan.
